Outbound MI in Yogyakarta: Strengthening Togetherness and Collaboration in 2024
Yogyakarta, February 8 2024 — CV Mebel Internasional held an annual outbound event titled Outbound MI in Yogyakarta which took place successfully in the open natural area of Purawisata. The event, which was attended by all employees, aimed to strengthen togetherness, increase collaboration between teams, and build new enthusiasm in facing business challenges in 2024.
The event started with a speech from Mrs. Shianny, director of CV Mebel Internasional, who expressed her hope that this activity could be a place for reflection and strengthen relationships between departments. “We believe that the success of a company is not only determined by individual performance, but by synergy and solid teamwork. This outbound is a manifestation of our commitment to continue developing a positive work culture,” she said.
The outbound activities were designed with a variety of interesting activities, such as team games that test communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. One of the most popular games was the Team Building Challenge, where participants had to work together to complete challenges that tested cohesiveness and accuracy.
Participants were also invited to enjoy the morning atmosphere of Yogyakarta by having breakfast together in the Purawisata area. This event was a moment of relaxation as well as an opportunity for employees to interact informally. A relaxed and intimate atmosphere was created as participants shared stories, got to know each other better, and strengthened relationships previously formed in the work environment. This moment of breakfast together became one of the highlights of the outbound activities, where all participants could take a break and enjoy being together in a warm and family-like atmosphere.
The outbound activity ended with a discussion and reflection session, where participants were given the opportunity to share their experiences and insights gained during the activity.
