Bank Indonesia Export Championship 2024

Mebel International Competes in the Independent Export Category for Fabrics/Crafts

Mebel International, one of the leading MSMEs in Central Java Province, is proud to be nominated as a finalist in the Fabric/Crafts Self-Export MSME category at the prestigious Bank Indonesia Export Championship 2024. The event was held in Jakarta on October 16-18, 2024, where MSMEs from various provinces competed to showcase their product excellence and dedication to independent export.

Key Categories and Nominees: Among the various commodities in the spotlight this year, Mebel International competed in the fabric/craft category

Through this event, Bank Indonesia provides opportunities for MSMEs that have successfully developed export-valued products and demonstrated their readiness to compete in the global market. This year, Bank Indonesia focused on two leading commodities, namely coffee and fabrics/crafts in two main categories: Independent Export and Joint Export. Final Stage Judging Preparation On October 17, 2024, all finalists will undergo the final stage judging held offline at Langham Hotel, Jakarta. Mebel International together with other finalist MSMEs have prepared materials that will support the presentation and assessment of the judges, including:

1. Presentation and Supporting Materials: Each MSME has prepared an impression material that will be presented within 10 minutes. In addition, superior products that can support the information conveyed have also been prepared.
2. MSME Profile Video: During the judging, each MSME will present a profile video with a maximum duration of 3 minutes. This video has been pre-recorded with the help of drones, showcasing all the uniqueness and quality of MSME products in their production environment.
3. Complete Profile on Bank Indonesia’sSME Hub: As part of the requirements, each MSME has completed their profile and product description on the Indonesia SME Hub platform(www.indonesiasmehub.com) to facilitate the judging process and expand marketing reach.

Indonesia Export Competition and Cooperation This event is not only an opportunity for MSMEs to showcase their work, but also a platform to build relationships and strengthen synergies in national export development.

In addition to the craft category, this event also includes coffee commodities as independent and joint export commodities with finalists from various provinces, such as West Java Province, Jambi, Lhokseumawe, Bengkulu, and West Sumatra.
