Mebel International is pleased to announce the start of the St. Athanasius Chapel renovation project in early May 2024. The project aims to restore the beauty of the historic architecture while improving comfort and facilities for the congregation. This renovation is a tangible commitment to the preservation of this heritage building that serves the local community, as well as a special preparation for this year’s Christmas celebrations.

Mr. Christianto Prabawa, CEO of Mebel International, explained that the renovation project includes restoring the interior and exterior of the chapel, upgrading the lighting system, restoring the ancient architectural details, and improving the church’s seating and furniture facilities to provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere for visitors. “We are delighted to be taking part in this important project. St. Athanasius Chapel is a symbol for many people, and we hope that this renovation can provide a richer spiritual experience for the congregation,” said Mr. Christianto Prabawa.

During the renovation, our team worked very carefully to preserve the historical elements of the chapel, including the meaningful ornaments. In addition, we also added harmonious modern touches so that the chapel can be enjoyed by all generations.
